About This Opportunity:


The Technology Partner Architect is a key individual helping technology partners (especially OEM partners) achieve their strategic objectives and get maximum value from their investment in Docebo.

Working in tight collaboration with the Partner Account Manager and the Partner Success manager, this role serves as a liaison for both existing/prospective partners and the Docebo technical ecosystem, streamlining collaboration with Product, Engineering, Professional Services and others.


The Technology Partner Architect owns the overall technical relationship with assigned technology partners, across the whole partner journey, from recruitment to onboarding to ongoing enablement and technical support, aiming at increasing the adoption of Docebo solutions and ensuring partner and customer retention and satisfaction.


Responsibilities:


  • Work with Docebo Partnerships to recruit new partners by providing technical excellence in demonstration and interface discussions.
  • Establish a trusted advisor relationship with each assigned partner and drive continued value of our solution and services
  • Help Partner AM and Partner SM advocate partner needs/issues crossdepartmentally
  • Program manage technical and infosec partner escalations
  • Assist and provide expert technical best practices to assigned partners, assist in the execution of technical integration needs
  • Provide insights with respect to the availability and applicability of new technical features in Docebo
  • Instance provisioning, maintenance and deletion for OEM partners, as well as instance predisposition version control, toggles, apps and updates (E.G. DCS/Go1)
  • Act as the Docebo liaison for Docebo technical and infosec questions, issues or escalations
  • Work closely with the Docebo Partner and cross functional teams (Partner Managers, Partner Leadership, CX, Solutions Architects, Professional Services)
  • Effectively present and discuss the Docebo architecture to potential partners, and addressing promptly every question they may have surrounding our technology.
  • Manage the technical demand prioritization
  • Support all infosec needs related to partner business, including data privacy and security concerns, certifications etc.

Requirements:


  • Technical sales experience in similar roles (Technical Account Manager, Solution Architect, Solution Engineer, Presales);
  • 6+ years experience working in a Presales, Engagement Management, LMS implementation or integration consultant;
  • Fluent English
  • Good working knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript;
  • Ability to code in at least one objectoriented language PHP, Python;
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards REST, oAuth 2.0, SAML 2.0;
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise technologies and systems as like LDAP, SSO, CRM, ERP or HRIS;
  • Working experience with one or more of the following frameworks: Yii 2, Angular 2, , Redux, ngrx/store
  • Experience supporting large and/or complex deals with strategic prospects / accounts;
  • Experience leading crossdisciplinary teams involving professionals from the various functions typical of a SaaS organization, such as Product, Professional Services, Dev Ops, Security & Compliance;
  • Experience holding conversations with Clevel executives both internally and externally to your organization;
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise technologies and systems, including SSO, CRM, ERP or HRIS;
  • Strong knowledge of Knowledge management processes and tools;
  • Change management experience

Preferred Requirements:


  • Knowledge of any other European languages will be considered a plus
  • Knowledge of the LMS industry and its surrounding standards will be plus (xAPI, SCORM, AICC);
  • Experience in the SaaS industry will be considered an advantage; portfolio and track of project where REST APIs and other modern web frameworks were used heavily.
