You will make an impact in the following way:

You build close working relationships with defined internal customers to ensure solid understanding of their business and their needs for financial support.
Deliver timely and accurate reporting for the Finance and Operations team, including collation, reporting and analysis of key financial management information and trends, for example inventory movements.
Provide monthly support to ensure timely and comprehensive completion of the Strategic Deployment Plan (SDP) including gap analysis and support to customers in identifying appropriate counter measures
Preparation of adhoc analysis to provide the business with accurate and timely information in order to support commercially sound business decisions
Ensure the Finance Manager is kept appropriately updated on key activity, raising issues or obstacles to ensure timely resolution

What you will bring:

Education
Degree in Accounting and Finance or equivalent

Experience

Substantial experience in an accounting role, ideally, in a manufacturing industry environment

Personality

Highly numerate individual, capable of providing insightful commentary that contributes to informed decisionmaking at both operational and strategic levels, with a profound ability to dissect and analyze complex financial data, attention to detail, meticulous and diligent work mode, with high ethical standards, a collaborative approach and open communication

Language proficiency

Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
