Your Tasks:
- Prospecting for sales by telephone and in writing, as well as complaints management
- Support of events management and social media marketing Interdisciplinary collaboration with the purchasing and logistics teams
Your Profile:
- You have a commercial vocational qualification and initial experience in ecommerce
- You speak and write several languages fluently
- You are familiar with strategic and analytic working
- You are an openminded and curious team player who likes to think outside the box
- You have an aptitude for learning, the motivation to perform well and commitment
- You are proficient in IT
- You enjoy engaging with and advising our customers
- A good knowledge of French, English and Italian is a must (min. B1)
- Ideally, you share our passion for scooters, motorbikes and mopeds, as well as the associated products and accessories
