Proclinical are recruiting a Microsoft SQL Database Administrator for a biotech organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Frankfurt.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for database tuning, error analysis and troubleshooting.
Manage the automation of administrative tasks.
Upkeep and supervise, alongside constant development of the Microsoft SQL Server Creation of operating ideas for scalable and highly available database systems.
You will develop the backup and recovery ideas for databasebased systems.
Other duties may be assigned to this role.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Educated to a degree level in IT studies, accomplished training with a focus IT or equivalent education.
Various years of experience in an administration role of interactive database systems.
Knowhow of and certification in the field of Microsoft SQL server if needed.
Familiarity with the administration of any other database systems, for example: Oracle, PostgreSQL or cloud technologies would be beneficial.
Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
Works well in a team.
Able to think analytically.
Works well in a structured and objectivefocused manner.
Fluency in the German and English language.
