For Hamburg Headquarters we are recruiting as of April 2024, limited up to 6 months, an
Intern Internal Communications (M/F/d) Employee and Partner Communications & Events
Your new job includes

As an Intern (M/F/d) in our familyrun company, you will gain a comprehensive insight into the work of the Corporate Communications department. With enthusiasm for events and employee communications as well as travel, travel retail and the associated product world, you will support the Media Relations & External Affairs and Employee & Partner Communications teams in their daytoday business. In particular, you will support the organization and implementation of our events for B2B partners, suppliers, and employees

- assist in preparing topics and writing texts for external and internal communications, and in some cases also take responsibility for individual topics
- support the ongoing rollout of the new intranet implemented at international locations at the beginning of 202- assist our Corporate Communications Managers in preparing content for internal and external stakeholders, e.g. in developing presentations

What you should bring along

Studies in the field of communication sciences, communication management, public relations or a comparable orientation, ideally you are at least in the 5th semester of your study program
Initial practical experience, e.g. through internships or working student activities as well as a passion for project management
First experience in writing editorial texts
Business fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
Very good research skills and the ability to reduce complexity
Empathy, service orientation, enthusiasm, and the will to develop yourself further
