Become a part of our global team as Financial Controller (f/m/d) Digital Sales to drive the digitalisation of service controlling in the software business.

Choose the best place for your work - **Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.


Your tasks and responsibilities:


  • You are responsible for sales controlling in the business lines D&A for the service business of the regions EMEA and Asia
  • You will prepare variance analyses of the salesrelated key financial figures for each zone and discuss these with the commercial contacts in the zones
  • You will also be responsible for the preparation of the global financial statements, forecasts and budgets for the service business of the D&A business line
  • You will take over the regular and close coordination of financial key figures with the service business management
  • You will evaluate the current controlling processes as well as KPIs and create proposals for digitalisation (e.g. forecast validation/creation, comments). In doing so, you will always focus not only on process optimisation but also on the increased information needs of the software service business
  • You will implement the improvement proposals independently using modern tools (e.g. Jedox, Power BI, KNIME) and coordinate the rollout with the relevant stakeholders

Your qualifications and experience:


  • You have successfully completed a Master's degree in the field of business administration. We are also happy to hear from applicants with a Bachelor's degree or completed vocational training and further education in combination with additional professional experience in this area
  • You have several years of commercial work experience with a focus on planning, reporting or sales controlling, preferably within a regional unit of Siemens Healthineers
  • You have versatile knowledge of digitalisation tools (e.g. Jedox, Power BI, KNIME) and have already been able to demonstrate this successfully in the independent implementation of digitalisation projects
  • You also have a sound knowledge of business administration (including P&L, management reporting, reconciliation of results, internal cost allocation, accounting standards, especially IFRS)
  • You have good knowledge of SAP, SAP BW and MS Office and ideally know the current processes and IT procedures in sales controlling (e.g. PATH, CPQ)

  • You convince with high quality standards, conscientiousness, very good analytical skills, result orientation and reliability
  • Your profile is rounded off by your communication skills, also in an international environment (very good knowledge of English), independent work, structured approach and teamoriented cooperation
  • Ideally, you also have knowledge of German
