Planung und Steuerung der Fertigungsaufträge
Abstimmung der zentralen Planung mit den Ressourcen der Fertigung
Verbesserung der Gesamtplanung unter Berücksichtigung aller relevanten Einflussfaktoren
Analyse von Produktions

- und Fertigungskapazitäten sowie der Bestände
- Überwachung, Steuerung und Sicherstellung der termingerechten Bearbeitung von Fertigungsaufträgen

Schnittstelle zu Logistik und Produktion

Planning and control of production orders
Coordination of central planning with production resources
Improvement of overall planning with consideration of all relevant influencing factors
Analysis of production, manufacturing capacities and inventories
Monitoring, controlling and ensuring the timely processing of production orders
Interface with Logistic and Production Departments
Assistance in optimising production processes
Optimisation of production planning guidelines, standards and processes

Required Skills and Education

DEUTSCH

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt in der Logistik bzw. Spedition
Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung, Branchenkenntnisse der Automobilindustrie wären von Vorteil
Erste Erfahrungen in der Fertigungsplanung, Fertigungssteuerung, Disposition und/oder der Auftragsabwicklung
Erfahrung in der Nutzung von ERP-Systemen
Sichere Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

ENGLISH

Completed vocational training, ideally with a focus on logistics or freight forwarding
At least 2 years of professional experience, knowledge of the automotive industry would be an advantage
Initial experience in production planning, production control, scheduling and/or order processing
Experience in the use of ERP systems
Strong knowledge of German(at least level B2), good written and spoken English skills
