We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team

Tasks

  • Order management with order entry and confirmation; planning of shipping process; appointment management based on planning and purchasing reports; if necessary, creation of pro forma invoices.
  • Coordination of the outstanding items and balances of the customer groups assigned to him.
  • Processing of customer orders via customer portals.
  • Purchasing and correspondence with our suppliers in the USA. Israel, GB and FR.
  • Fast and comprehensive answering of customer inquiries about the availability, delivery and complaints of products, also in English.
  • Assumption of responsibility for any problems that arise, guaranteeing their investigation and a prompt solution.
  • Offer preparation.
  • Coordinating returns in accordance with the established RMA process and arranging credit notes.
  • Customer database and stocklist maintenance.
  • Creation of a weekly report.
  • General administrative tasks.

Requirements:


  • Experience in a similar role
- completed training as a commercial clerk is desired

  • MS Office productsbasic office intermediate level experience is required.
  • Experience working with a ERP and CRM system
  • English and German language (spoken and written)
  • Ability to work on deadlines, multitask, prioritize effectively, communicate strategic information effectively and contribute to maintaining control and growth of the business
