THE ROLE & THE COMPANY:

Our client, a fast-growing European venture capital fund based in central Munich, is seeking a new Executive Assistant to support one of the co-founders in a busy & fast-paced role including intensive diary management, international travel coordination, events, social media management, fundraising assistance, plus much more


You will be supporting a brilliant private equity superstar who has made her mark on the industry and looking for someone who can be a trustworthy partner while also being the go-to person for the team on behalf of her.

They are a young and dynamic team of professionals across multiple locations in Germany who are passionate about the company's mission and having lots of fun at the same time


The firm fosters a really friendly & sociable culture & are keen to find an EA who will add real value to the business whilst being treated like a very valuable member of the team.


They also have beautiful offices in central Munich and you also have an opportunity to run the operations as your own while making sure the team has an inviting working environment.
