- Lead efforts to improve DEX by identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to streamline digital interactions for employees.
- Plan and execute strategies to drive adoption and proficiency of network applications, leveraging in-application guidance and other resources to facilitate smooth adoption processes.
- Develop and implement methodologies to measure digital employee satisfaction, engagement and productivity after implementation of changes.
- Continuously monitor application adoption metrics and employee feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with business and IT colleagues to understand organisational needs and challenges, and collaborate to develop effective adoption strategies.
- Promote the importance of digital adoption within the technology organisation and across functional teams.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Network and its implementation
- Experience of configuration management in Network environments
- Proven track record of driving and reporting on Network technology adoption
- Project management skills, including managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with Organizational Change Management (OCM) or Human Change Management (HCM) frameworks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in English, German language skills preferred
