Join two experienced founders and an outstanding early-stage team in Berlin and help build an exceptional and mission-driven startup: 150 Minuten is building the online fitness and health solution for older adults.

After having secured substantial funding from a top VC fund, we are now looking for Working Students (M/F/d) ready to go full speed.

Your Tasks
You operate and improve our audiovisual content creation process
You support the founders in company building and planning of team activities
You transcript and evaluate qualitative and quantitative user research to answer strategic questions about user behavior
You talk to our users, make sure that they get the best experience possible
You follow up on challenges our users were facing and develop ideas how to prevent them in the future
You create instructions and tutorial videos so that our users can smoothly navigate through our platform

Your Profile
You have completed your first few semesters at university, ideally studying with a focus on business, communication science, media, medicine, sports science, or a related field
You are an excellent organizer with outstanding analytical skills, you can manage multiple tasks in parallel and can rapidly iterate
You want to make a difference and you like to work on solutions that improve peoples' health and quality of life and have a positive impact on society
You ideally have experience and a deep interest in health, fitness, longevity, coaching, community, life-long learning, mindfulness, etc.
You speak German and English fluently
You were already able to gain experience in operations, customer success, or recruiting/talent operations
