We are looking for creative minds who enjoy working in a team and have innovative ideas and challenging goals.

Your task is to provide active support in various projects, including the area of Talent Management & Organizational Development, and to drive current topics forward on your own responsibility.

As part of a 3-6 month internship, we offer from March 1st 2023 or later the opportunity to ideally combine and expand theoretically acquired knowledge with different facets of practice.

Your Mission:

- Contribute to various global strategic projects in the areas of talent management and organizational development, e.g. in corporate and leadership culture initiatives.
- Support in various facets of the annual talent management cycle, e.g. in the communication and follow-up of development discussions
- Support in the preparation and implementation of internal employee surveys, as well as actively supporting the new implementation of a global team feedback tool
- Independent preparation and follow-up of seminars, workshops and training sessions, e.g. the regular onboarding conferences for new employees and other internal further training programs
- Collaboration in the field of HR communication, including independent research and preparatory work on communication campaigns.

Your Talents:

- Studies in the field of business administration, education, psychology or a comparable field of study
- Fluent in written and spoken English; German language skills are of advantage
- High level of commitment, quality awareness, creativity, flexibility, teamwork and communication skills, organizational skills
