- Qualifizierung aller Anfragen, um sicherzustellen, dass die Vorschläge das gesamte Produkt- und Leistungsportfolio von Emerson widerspiegeln
- Sicherstellen, dass alle Vorschläge den Anwendungs- und Betriebsanforderungen des Kunden entsprechen, technisch ausgereift, genau und kommerziell verifiziert sind und Lösungen bieten, die den geschäftlichen Nutzen des Kunden hervorheben
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Einzelpersonen in der Organisation, um Anstrengungen zu priorisieren, Wettbewerbsinformationen zu sammeln, Produktausrichtung und Preisstrategie zu vereinbaren, um den Kundenservice zu verbessern
- Verbesserung der Möglichkeiten zur Erweiterung des Umfangs innerhalb von Measurement Solutions und allen anderen Geschäftseinheiten von Emerson, wo immer möglich

- Technische Ausbildung, Lehre oder ähnliches
- Mehrjährige einschlägige Erfahrung in einem technischen Beruf
- MS Office 365

Wir suchen einen Customer Care Engineer im Geschäftsbereich Measurement Solution
In dieser Position in unserem Büro in Langenfeld, Deutschland (#LI-Hybrid) nehmen Sie Kundenanrufe entgegen, bereiten technische Vorschläge vor, indem Sie eine technische Lösung für Kundenanwendungen anbieten, überprüfen Prozesse technisch und verwalten Kundenaufträge. Als Teil des Customer Care Measure & Analyze DACH -Teams stellen Sie in Zusammenarbeit mit Backoffices, Fabriken, Produktmanagern, Servicetechnikern und Außendienstmitarbeitern sicher, dass der Kunde die Lösung erhält, die seinen Anforderungen entspricht, und kümmern sich dann um das Angebot , manchmal Klärung von Kundenanfragen.
