General Assistant for the Management, CNGR-Europe


CNGR-Europe is now looking for a Administration Manager to work closely with the management and support The Company in it's growth agenda in Europe.


Who we are
CNGR-Europe GmbH is a newly founded company having its roots in China.

The mother company is CNGR Advanced Material Co., Ltd., the global market leader for ternary precursor materials for the Lithium-ion industry.

Recycling of Batteries and related materials is part of that business model.

Organization structure and Management (current stage)

Key responsibilities


As - during the Company's startup phase - operating holistically as a "General Assistant for the Management" to ensure administrative support for the management during the start-up period and evtl.

continue as HR once the business is established. The person will report to the CEO of the Company.

Target is to establish processes and practices for the Company as well as the contact partner with service providers to ensure resources and to recruit to achieve business targets set for the Company.


  • Be a partner with managers and provide daily support for the Company within the startup period to achieve business targets
  • Act as a member of management team and acting as a first contact point for the company in the beginning of operations
  • Handling various administrative matters with broad spectrum of topics, e.g. resourcing & recruitment, budgeting, accounting, communication, organizing & supporting managers to establish the business and with partner network
  • Support the team in communication, legal or contract matters, stakeholder relations and any other such tasks
  • Ensure that management is uptodate and informed about the Company's administrative processes and policies (such as accounting and payroll related tasks)
  • Once the Company has passed the startup phase this person could continue in other roles in the organization.

Qualifications & experience

  • Professional with minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in an international matrix organization
  • Experience of industrial environment of advantage, operating with HR and preferably coordinating broadly matters within the organization
  • Experience in working with management teams
  • Enthusiastic about development: processes, practices and ways of working
  • Multifaceted project management skills and experience.

  • Excellent networking, communication, coaching and influencing skills
  • International mindset.

Education
A relevant university degree


Language skills
Fluent English, written and spoken, German advantageous, Chinese advantageous

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary

Contract length: 12 months


Salary: 70,000.00€ - 80,000.00€ per year
