VIVERE was founded in 2018 with the vision to disrupt the consumer goods industry. We are a data-driven incubation platform for next-generation consumer products and brands.

We have launched more than 10 brands and 250 products in 16 markets across several categories including lifestyle, beauty, wellness, pet, and garden care.

VIVERE operates a vertically integrated setup with in-house marketing, design, research and development, production, supply chain, and digital sales functions.

We sell through Amazon, our own e-Commerce, and 3rd-party retailers. VIVERE also serves as an end-to-end incubator for well-known artists and influencers who want to build their own brands.

For our fast-growing team of more than 50 international consumer talents, we are looking for a Research Scientist (f/m/x) for our Hamburg HQ.

Tasks

Creative outsideofthebox thinking to develop new and highly innovative products
Develop own brands from scratch (hair, skin & body care)
Review the success of your own developments
Assessment of latest market developments and trends in beauty, pet, wellness

- and garden sectors

Implementation and evaluation of blind studies and product performance reviews
Further development of existing processes and formulations to make vivere a preeminent manufacturer of consumer products
Lead and support continuous improvement activities to enhance the success rate of individual product launches
Provide scientific and technical support within the value chain (e.g. compliance, procurement, scaling, marketing)
Entrepreneurial thinking to make our workflow even more efficient and automated
Intermediary between external stakeholders and internal product developments
Ability to work independently while timemanaging multiple projects

Requirements:

Strong academic performance in cosmetic sciences, life sciences, engineering or other relevant studies
At least 23+ years of experience with cosmetics, pharmaceuticals or food development
Strong technical knowledge of lab equipment and analytical devices
Knowledge of nonscientific functions such as QC, Regulatory, QA and/or Materials Management and the ability to work crossfunctionally with these areas
Willingness to learn and advance quickly, taking responsibility from day one
Convincing impact with daily laboratory work, striving for excellence
Proficient in English
