The rapid increase in urbanization worldwide is driving demand for more efficient and higher-performing railway connections in mass and intercity transit.

The challenge for cities, regions and countries is to introduce new rail systems or extend existing ones. This requires sound knowledge about complex infrastructure projects.

How do you steer the projects? How do you minimize costs? How do you reduce investment risks? Profit from Siemens Mobility as an experienced complete rail solution vendor with all products in-house.

The Challenge Join the Finance Team in one of our execution projects (e.g. Riyadh, Berlin) and gain first-hand operational business insights how to run a Giga project in a multicultural environment. Optimizing the current organizational setup of the branch administration, by streamlining processes and bundling of tasks

Collaborate with internal stakeholders from Project Management, Contract & Claim management, Procurement & logistics and controlling, across multiple Business Units of the Siemens Mobility organization.
Support the claim management team, including involvement of the assigned Contracts Manager, to strengthen the claim position and so improve the financial situation
Work with the Commercial Project Director in managing and optimizing targeted financial results with due professional care (e.g. project gross profit, cash flow, assets and financing instruments)
Receive Mentorship from Siemens Mobility Turnkey leaders and Teams.
Studying towards an MBA degree.
