The Role

Shape our future with us and...
- work closely with software teams to define hardware-software interfaces and lead the development of subsystems
- independently oversee hardware debugging and troubleshooting to ensure system reliability and stability
- manage the overall hardware development process, including design, prototyping, testing and manufacturing, in accordance with EMC requirements and ASPICE processes
- undertake the evaluation and selection of appropriate components based on product requirements
- develop and maintain technical documentation in accordance with ASPICE standards, including design specifications, test plans and user manuals
- coordinate suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely production of hardware components
- drive continuous knowledge development on the latest hardware technologies and industry trends, especially in the automotive sector.
- provide technical leadership and supervision to junior hardware specialists
- ensure compliance with company and industry standards and regulations, especially ASPICE, in the design and development of automotive embedded hardware


Requirements:


You are the best fit for us
:

- with extensive knowledge in the design and development of embedded hardware in the automotive industry
- with a solid command of circuit design software such as Altium Designer, Eagle or similar
- with in-depth experience in automotive hadware design (e.g. light modules), microcontrollers (such as ARM, PIC, AVR), DC/DC converters, sensors and communication technologies (such as CAN, LIN, FlexRay)
- with a strong understanding of power electronics, analogue and digital circuit design
- with experience in PCB design and layout
- with a solid knowledge of ASPICE processes
- with your confident handling of the common standards and safety regulations of the automotive industry
