On behalf of my large international retail client, I am looking for a MS Dynamics CRM Specialist for a permanent role in Munich, Germany.

Aufgaben

  • Responsibility for the implementation and configuration of the CRM tool
  • Monitoring and processing CRM data to create reports.
  • Customising the CRM software to the specific requirements
  • Troubleshooting, maintain and correcting the system
  • Training employees in the use of the CRM tool
  • Monitoring and maintenance in MS Dynamics CRM
Qualifikation

  • At least 1 year experience with CRM MS Dynamics
  • Practical experience in the implementation and administration of CRM tools
  • Knowledge of customising and adapting CRM systems
  • Technical understanding of databases and their interfaces
  • Experience of training in CRM and support experience
  • Fluent English and German
