Responsibilities:
Hexagon's Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (Hexagon) is seeking an Order Management Associate.
We are looking for someone to be part of our Administrative Service Team based in Germany. With offices in Munich, Dusseldorf and Dortmund this role will serve our customers across the DACH region.
To provide an effective and efficient support to our Sales Organization, enabling them proactively to drive our business forward. As Order Administrator, you will be responsible for a broad variety of administrative and business support related tasks. The team is based in the Garching by Munich office.
This position will include processing global sales orders, managing assets and license generation requests. The individual will perform order administration tasks for sales orders through Salesforce CPQ and Microsoft Dynamics GP.
This includes, but is not limited to the following:
- Creating and processing quotes and orders submitted by partner/sales team in Salesforce CPQ
- Processing and managing software licenses/keys and assets.
- Review purchase orders and other documents for adherence to Hexagon ALI policies and
- Review legal agreements for direction to deliver / administer.
- Monitor order status, communicating any issues to customers/suppliers.
- Close cooperation with salesmen.
- Issue accurate invoices upon delivery of order.
- Professionally communicate with internal and external customers to identify and resolve and/or
- Performs other duties as required for the success of the department.
- Able to prioritize tasks and work in multiple business systems to complete requests.
- Create ad hoc reports for management.
Qualifications:
- Energetic and detailedoriented, ready to join our professional and fastpaced team environment.
- Completed commercial training.
- Minimum of 5 year's customer service experience, ideally in an international company.
- Very good command of spoken and written German (at least C2 level) and English language
- Proficient in using MS Office, especially MS Excel.
- Experienced user of a standard ERP system (Microsoft Great Plains experience would be an
- Ability to quickly grasp new software functionality and processes.
- Good communication and analytical skills required.
- Fast learner and a high degree of social competence.
- Teamoriented work and dedication.
- Able to maintain strong working relations with staff and business partners that may be located
