YOUR ROLE:


  • Overall global responsibility to develop and steer pricing excellence and governance to capture optimal share of value in the Strategic Business Unit (SBU) Automotive Components within Adhesive Technologies
  • Own and steer (cross SBU) transformational initiatives on pricing, in collaboration with the central pricing team
  • Drive valuebased pricing mindset within the SBU and realization of Pricing targets
  • Lead ongoing pricing activities across sales, marketing/strategy and finance
  • Deploy and implement pricing tools and processes, ensuring broad adoption
  • Oversee global internal and external communications related to pricing
  • Support buildup of competitive intelligence on pricing
  • Manage and develop a global team of pricing professionals

YOUR SKILLS:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related fields
  • Minimum 8 years of professional experience, preferably in Strategy/Consulting, Pricing, Controlling or Finance
  • Outstanding leadership and partnering capabilities in an international environment
  • Advanced analytical, conceptual, and structured problemsolving capabilities
  • Welldeveloped change management skills
  • Strong convincing, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent English language skills
