This is the perfect position for an experienced designer with initial working experience in either corporate or agency world with strong visual design skills and an equally strong business savviness.

This role offers a unique chance to craft visually appealing materials, develop presentation templates, and shape and uphold our brand consistency while collaborating closely with various teams across the entire company and gaining in-depth business insight.

What you'll do:

Presentation design with impact. You support our teams' success by creating engaging presentations through visual storytelling for various occasions, from internal company updates to client pitch decks, ensuring business objectives are achieved.

Data visualization. You understand our internal and external audiences and translate key messages and content into visually appealing, consistent, clear and business-relevant formats.

Brand governance. You create design materials in various formats, ensuring a unified and consistent brand voice across various channels by using our brand guidelines and corporate design as well as representing the uniqueness of ctrl QS in the most impactful way.

Marketing development. You build marketing materials for various channels (web, social media, internal) to enhance and promote our brand.

Collaboration with all teams. You enable our teams and managers to utilize templates through best practices, guidelines and ensuring proper organization of materials - this includes central units, business development teams and client-facing accounts.

What makes you a great fit:

Your experience and expertise. You have 2-3 years of visual design experience, advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, and ideally also proficiency in other design software. A proven track record in translating business ideas and data into engaging visual design is key, ideally within a corporate or consulting environment with digital focus.

Your collaboration and multi-tasking skills. You enjoy working independently while closely collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization, and can quickly understand and meet business objectives and needs on various layers and areas of the company.
