Your challenge:
- Elaborate and implement the EMEA/India marketing strategy
- Translate the strategies into key tectical decisions and action plans
- Developing the EMEA/India marketing plan, approving and executing campaigns and measuring the ROI an various advertising methods
- Provide mentorship for the EMEA/India marketing team with focus on developing and building the team
- Upgrading knowledge and skills for the marketing team, in collaboration with the Sub Regional Vice Presidents
- Enable our marketing organization to cope with futute opportunities
- Providing the bridge across the business between Sales & Corporate Marketing
- Measurement and controlling of marketing KPIs (e.g. NPS, CLV, etc.)
Your profile:
- Capability to lead and manage the EMEA/India Virtual Marketing Team
- Fluent in english and optionally advanced in german
- Good communication skills and creative mind
