The activity includes:

Assembly and disassembly of test bench structures according to drawing and parts list;
Setting connections for pressurization, according to drawing (for pressure, temperature and flow measurement);
Measurement technology: Calibration of measuring devices using calibration devices and creation of calibration certificates;
Connection of measuring devices to measured value acquisition program;
Implementation of acceptance tests according to specifications (test scheme);
Determination of causes of faults and remedial action through simple measures, e.g. replacement of parts;
Ensuring the operational readiness of the machines through a checklist check;
Setting up the machines and testing their functionality;
During the test: Problem identification based on the current measurement results, documentation of the error and preparation of a decision for the supervisor in the event of a tolerance deviation;

your qualification

Completed 3.5year technical vocational training, e.g. as an industrial mechanic
Good knowledge of the relevant procedural and operating instructions, DIN standards, ISO 9001, procedural instructions, work plans and internal guidelines
Flexibility, resilience, commitment, initiative, communication skills.
Working in 3 shift model
