RESPONSIBILITIES:

The development, implementation and monitoring of the OHC Business Unit strategy
Partner with OHC Leadership Team (Category and Sales Directors) in decision making by assessing and validating the financial impact of short, mid

- and long-term activities, and provide recommendations for improvement

Partner with OHC Leadership Team for full OHC P&L management
Identify growth opportunities, margin improvements and risks on a regular basis. Ownership for NPIs business cases and portfolio management.
Co-Pilot with

Comex Team: 1) Pricing Strategies 2) Customer and product profitability analysis to support portfolio across the Business Unit 2) G2N Management and optimization 3) support customer negotiations

Support the OHC LT in the forecasting processes (CCC,WSF) ensuring qualitative and timely content input into CRM/DRM
Ensure that Category/Customer financial data and reporting are correct, checked and assumptions recorded to minimize risk and facilitate management decisions
Finance Key Point of Contact for NRM levers and G2N management xcategory

REQUIREMENTS:

Proven track record of influencing businesses and organizations and working with senior stakeholders.
Strong trackrecord of finance business collaborating, and business partnering to effectively drive growth and create value.
Relevant professional experience in controlling or a comparable function, ideally in a matrix organization. Experience from an international group is a plus.
Excellent technical and analytical skills. Technical experience will cover the range of financial systems and ERP systems, with a thorough understanding of financial control, financial analysis, financial reporting, audit, and risk issues.
Prior OTC / Pharma / FMCG experience is a plus.
