Your Duties and Responsibilities:

Together with scientists from RWTH Aachen University, the German Institute for Adult Education (DIE), the Technical University of Lübeck (TH Lübeck), the Eberhard Karls University of Tübingen (EKUT) and WBS TRAINING AG, you are working on the development of a technical and didactic infrastructure - Train-the-Trainer (TtT)-HotSpot - within the framework of the national education platform (NPB) and the funded project TrainSpot2.

The platform to be created brings together providers and users of continuing education and self-learning offerings for the in-service acquisition of competencies by teachers of continuing education.

The TtT offers will first be connected to the DIE platform about the exchange of catalog metadata, SSO and certificates for the data wallet.

Based on this, the cross-platform exchange of competency-related offering data and competency and learning status data of learning instructors takes place.

Chatbots are used as selection and navigation aids and to support self-directed learning.

What We Offer:

The position is to be filled at the earliest possible date and offered for a fixed term of two years.

An extension to a total of four years is planned.

The fixed-term employment is possible as it constitutes one of the fixed-term options of the Wissenschaftszeitvertragsgesetz (German Act on Fixed-term Scientific Contracts).

This is a full-time position with the possibility of a part-time contract upon request.
The salary is based on the German public service salary scale (TV-L).
The position corresponds to a pay grade of EG 13 TV-L.
