Education Lead for EIT Health Scandinavia
Stockholm, Sweden

We are looking for an Education Lead for EIT Health Scandinavia in Stockholm. As Education Lead you
have a clear affinity for education, and preferably experience with instructional design, adult learning
principles and eLearning.

You enjoy working in a complex and multinational environment and are keen to contribute to the
upskilling of European healthcare.

passion for lifelong learning to elevate education among healthcare professionals.

As Education Lead, you will have a shared role. You will report to the Managing Director in Stockholm,
where this position is located, and also allocate time to activities that are managed by the Director of
Education in Munich.

About the Education Lead Position

As Education Lead you will focus on our training programmes for professionals. You will provide
support to project leads through regular meetings with projects selected for the EIT Health education
portfolio. Besides your interactions at local level, you primarily interact with the Head of the
professional programme, and importantly with the other Education Leads, as each holds one piece of
the education and training portfolio.

Your responsibilities will also include, but not be limited to:

  • supporting development and implementation of EIT Health's education strategy across
Scandinavia;
- providing the Scandinavian perspective into all education programmes/criteria and decisions;
- acting as first point of contact, reference and coordinator for specific track(s) in the education
- and training portfolio;- ensuring high quality content development by supporting projects in allocated track(s);
- building strong relationships within the local education ecosystem and functioning as a
- "bridge" between regions across EIT Health;- advising in the recruitment of participants to the programmes and the Alumni Network.

You will support the EIT education strategy and content development, manage implementation, and
provide support to allocated types of education projects and programmes. As Education Lead, you will
work cross-functionally and closely with different stakeholders to help identify and define education
requirements and needs to develop new education opportunities.

At European level, you will work with the Director of Education and relevant Heads of Department,
Programme Managers, and the wider Education team. It will also be important to interact with
Professional Education Leads based in other regions to provide content on programmes for better
recruitment.

Your profile***As Education Lead you have a clear affinity and experience with education, instructional design, adult
learning principles and eLearning. You have relevant academic degree at Master level or higher in a
relevant health or science discipline and/or equivalent professional experience/qualifications.

To be successful you need to possess excellent communication skills and be fluent in English (spoken
and written). Speaking a Scandinavian language is a plus. You are a highly solution-oriented team
player, well-organised with great attention to detail and with ability to multi-task and manage a set of
deliverables simultaneously.

You are a true facilitator and networker who easily makes contact with other people. You have a drive
to accomplish good things for a higher cause and you have an interest in innovation and
entrepreneurship.
