- Aufbereiten von Orderunterlagen
- Anlage von Ordern, sowie entsprechender Vor- und Nachbereitung
- Pflege von Artikelstamm- und Lieferantendaten
- Bearbeitung von Lieferantenanfragen
- Monitoren von Avisen, Tracken von Anlieferungen
- Enger Austausch mit unseren Lieferanten in Hinblick auf Liefertermineinhaltungen und/oder gegebenenfalls auftretende Anpassungen von Auftragspositionen
- Kontrollieren von Auftragsbestätigungen
- Koordination der Anlieferung von Releaseartikeln
- Bearbeiten von Rechnungsdifferenzen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium
- Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position oder Backoffice wünschenswert
- Sehr gute Englisch Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sehr gute Kennnisse in MS Office mit Fokus auf MS Excel
- Strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit
- Proaktive und lösungsorientierte Denkweise
- Freude am Arbeiten im Team
- Begeisterung und Leidenschaft für Fashion und Streetwear
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium
- Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position oder Backoffice wünschenswert
- Sehr gute Englisch Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
