Endress+Hauser Temperature and System Products holds substantial growth potential globally. Currently, Southern and Western Europe contribute 35% to E+H TS order entry.

Business in this territory can be further epandes through systematic business development, cross-selling, seek a dynamic Head of Department to oversee and lead all activities within in this Sales Area collaborating closely with the dedicated Sales Centers.

Role+Responsibilities

Lead and manage the team assigned to the Region.
Identify strategic market opportunities together with the Sales Centers organization.
Devlop account plans and implement them together with the Sales Centers organization.
Determine potential for crossselling and address that potential through sales measures.
Interact with Industry Management to generae growth in focus industries.
Work together with the SAM organization to generate growth in selected accounts.
Represent the interests of selected accounts in terms of producht planning.
Identify opportunities at early stages, track them and secure all necessary conditions to win them.

Qualification+Profile

Successfully completed technical, business studies or comparable qualification
C2 level of English, good level of German
Knowledge of Italian, French of Spanish is a plus
Leadership experience is an advantage
Organizational skills and assertiveness to get things done Teamoriented and reliable
