Our compensation package:
€50,000 - €55,000 in yearly salary, and up to €20,000 in equity. Additionally up to €5,000 p.a. in company benefits

Your role
As a Team Assistant Management you provide the management team of our fast growing startup with excellent administrative support.
Working closely with our CEO, CTO, CSO and Sales Director, you will handle a wide range of tasks and responsibilities, requiring a high level of service orientation and the ability to multitask effectively.
You will be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing reports and presentations, and handling correspondence.
Your day to day:
Your daily tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Manage calendars and mail inboxes
- Coordinate meetings
- Manage travel arrangements
- Prepare presentations
- Organize events for external stakeholders (with the support of our People & Operations team)
- Correspond with investors, board members, customers and other stakeholders
- Take over other administrative tasks
- Support and take over special topics and projects

Operational experience
- You have experience in a comparable role
- You have worked in a fastpaced environment before
- You are very serviceoriented
- You have experience with handling sensitive and confidential information
