Description

Highly efficient silicon solar cells based on the "passivating contact" design (so-called TOPCon or POLO technology) or heterojunction solar cells (HJT) have demonstrated world record solar cell efficiencies in laboratories.

Now, they are about to revolutionize the solar cell industry, as industrial mass production of these high efficiency cell designs is gaining pace.

Your profile

Master degree in physics or related fields
Profound knowledge of semiconductor physics
Ability to work in diverse teams
Ability for indepth analysis
Good English skills are required
