Technician

Avoid production breakdowns
Principal tasks:
(set paces of work) MACHINES & TOOLS USED:
Machine maintenance:
Preventive and curative maintenance Crates washing machine
Routine and abnormal repairs Forklift
Maintenance and breakdown monitoring register IT tools, scanner
Room preparation, cleaning, degreasing Grinder
Accompanying interventions of the manufacturer Production machinery
- Drill
- Set of tools*
Deal with the electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical problems of the machine and other equipment (compressor, welding machine...)
Help for the installation and assembly of the machine
Manage the spare parts inventory
Employees training level 1 for the electrical and mechanical system Date:
Optimize and increase business productivity through quality controls, cost and time reduction
Establish the machine prevention schedule Employee signature:
Organize the maintenance according to the schedule
Save preventive and curative maintenance interventions on the machine (tables on the server)
