Aufgaben

To enhance our small yet dynamic and creative marketing team in Hamburg, we are presently seeking a skilled assistant (M/F/d) for a full-time position, with exceptional English proficiency, preferably as a native speaker of American or Canadian English.

These exciting tasks await you:

Supporting the development of marketing strategies and plans
Creating and editing marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, ads, etc.
Managing social media accounts and content, including post planning, community interaction, and performance reporting
Assisting in the organization and execution of events and trade shows
Analyzing marketing data and preparing reports on the performance of marketing campaigns
Communicating with internal and external partners, suppliers, and agencies
Supporting the marketing team with administrative tasks and projects

Qualifikation

These qualifications are essential:

Excellent English skills, preferably as a native speaker of American or Canadian English
Communication skills to effectively interact with teams, customers, and suppliers
Organizational skills for task prioritization, project planning, and meeting deadlines
Basic knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
Native proficiency in social media
Creativity for developing innovative marketing ideas and concepts
A teamoriented, responsible, flexible, and independent way of working
High level of commitment and quality awareness
