_ Your role_

  • Support the team with daytoday operational tasks around the lifecycle of cards like processing card returns, blocks and other issues;_
  • Support card and payment operational activities;_
  • Review merchant behaviour and facilitate blocking and whitelisting;_
  • Strive for operational excellence by suggesting changes in the processes; Ability to work with tight SLA's._

_ What you should bring along_

  • You are a student of a related field to banking, economics or business studies_
  • You are a quick learner, ready to get a real challenge in a dynamic environment_
  • You are independent with a focus on delivering, bringing the tasks to the finish line_
  • You have a business fluency level of English, German is a plus._
