About the Brand


This position will be responsible for designing and orchestrating global HR policies and guidelines as well as the alignment of respective local or divisional HR guidelines.

It will also serve as the first point of contact for other business areas which require HR input into their global policies and guidelines.


Responsibilities

  • Involve and align all relevant stakeholders and coordinate the approvals (including employee representatives with HR International/country HR organisation)
  • Advise on and orchestrate input from HR into other global policies including consultation about the evaluation and need for additional / new policies, e.g. to avoid policy overload for SN
- (Coordination of the) Approval for divisional and / or local policies

  • Regularly update HR policies based on legal requirements and other internal and / or external triggers
  • Manage availability of policies and related information on Workday/Hive/Sharepoint etc. including the communication to the employees with Corporate affairs and HR
  • Where applicable, define HR procedures with stepbystep instructions
  • Other projects within Group HR

Experience

  • Proven experience in operational and strategic HR topics including ideally handling of employee representation bodies
  • Understanding of the different forms of employee representation in main countries
  • Project management
  • Experience in setting standards and defining processes
  • Experience in coordinating different stakeholders and interests
  • Proven ability to understand legal and business requirements and bring them into a structured and easy to understandable text and format

Skills / Knowledge

  • Problem solving attitude and structured mindset
  • Service mentality but also able to set and implement clear rules and standards
  • Team player and well organized
  • Proficient oral / written English language skills & PPT and Word
