Marketing and Sales Specialist

We are a young, dynamic and fast-growing tech company.

Our services range from software development projects, reporting and business intelligence up to coaching and consulting teams or companies in digitalization and agile management.

The Marketing and Sales Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving the marketing and sales efforts of Cloudrizon.

This position will involve contributing to the development of marketing strategies, designing and implementing marketing plans for each product or service, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to execute marketing campaigns effectively.

Your Key Responsibilities:


  • Contribute information, ideas, and research to help develop comprehensive marketing strategies.
  • Assist in detailing, designing, and implementing marketing plans tailored to each product or service offered by the company.
  • Coordinate marketing activities across various channels to ensure consistent brand presence.
  • Develop sales strategies and approaches to drive product and service awareness, and acquire new customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries about product and service benefits and maintaining excellent client relationships.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to track performance against targets and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare regular performance reports for management and executives, highlighting key metrics and insights.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all marketing and sales activities.
  • Represent the company at events, networking with clients and stakeholders as needed.

Your Skills and Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing and sales, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
  • You have a high digital affinity and enjoy working with web technologies (e.g., maintaining a website in WordPress).
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to interpret data for decisionmaking.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • You have excellent teamwork and communication skills in English and German, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • You have a high degree of initiative and selfresponsibility, and an open, reliable work style.
  • Prior experience of at least 3 years is preferred.
