- Strategic Leadership: Pilot the People & Organization team with a forward-thinking approach, ensuring alignment with our ambitious goals. Review and update the vision as well as roadmap that integrates Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and Organization teams under one cohesive strategy.
- Performance Management Evolution: Transform our approach to performance management to foster a culture of excellence. Develop and enhance a
- Uncover and Leverage Synergies within the HTG Group: Proactively identify and leverage synergies within the HTG group from a people perspective, driving efficiency and unity. Initiate major projects that enhance collaboration, knowledge sharing, and best practice adoption across the group, demonstrating tangible benefits in terms of performance or innovation.
