How You'll Add Value:

In your first year, you'll be instrumental in:

Strategic Leadership: Pilot the People & Organization team with a forward-thinking approach, ensuring alignment with our ambitious goals. Review and update the vision as well as roadmap that integrates Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and Organization teams under one cohesive strategy.
Performance Management Evolution: Transform our approach to performance management to foster a culture of excellence. Develop and enhance a
Uncover and Leverage Synergies within the HTG Group: Proactively identify and leverage synergies within the HTG group from a people perspective, driving efficiency and unity. Initiate major projects that enhance collaboration, knowledge sharing, and best practice adoption across the group, demonstrating tangible benefits in terms of performance or innovation.
