Here is what you bring to the table:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certificates are a plus
Proven experience as a Production Technician in a manufacturing environment, preferably with smallscale electromechanical technologies
Strong knowledge of precision assembly techniques and testing procedures
Experience in working with miniature components and delicate instruments
Familiarity with quality control measures to ensure product integrity
Proficiency in using specialized tools and equipment for smallscale assembly
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with high precision
Strong problemsolving skills to address any production challenges
Ability to follow technical specifications and assembly instructions accurately
Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members
Fluency in English is highly appreciated
