    The Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Manager is responsible for developing, managing and supporting the Exyte Group safety and environmental policies and programs. This person will collaborate with Environmental Health & Safety team members, business units, and facility leaders on program development, oversight, and implementation.

    Explore your tasks and responsibilities

  • Provide expert consultation on EHS matters to management and project teams.
  • Implement and ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Organize and execute health, safety, and environmental programs to promote safe behavior.
  • Conduct routine safety inspections and audits, and manage adverse event investigations.
  • Develop and implement EHS campaigns and strategies.
  • Lead contractor EHS onsite audits and participate in project evaluations and environmental audits

    • Show your expertise

  • Several years of EHS experience in major industrial, construction, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Successfully completed education/studies as Master/ Technician / Engineer
  • Teamwork proficiency across diverse cultural backgrounds and hierarchical levels.
  • Formal EHS qualification (e.g., SiFa, Nebosh, Safety degree).
  • Very good German skills, good English skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel and stay on site over longer time-period
