We are looking for a Technical Team Lead (m|f|d) in Frankfurt.

The role is open in hybrid remote, so you can get the best out of both worlds:

flexibility, face to face exchange and a quiet working environment - at home or in our Office silent area equipped with 4k monitors.

Tasks

Gain a deep understanding of our product vision and guide, support and enable the team to effectively continue developing our software
Shape our working environment of learning and growth while keeping an eye on the wellbeing and workload of your team members
Improve our system architecture for core features and new product modules to facilitate further scaling
Collaborate with Product Owners and our customers to design the business logic and data structures as the foundation of our platform

Requirements:

5+ years of working experience as a software engineer, ideally within a SaaS context
2+ years of leadership experience with the desire to enable people
You have profound practical experience with and/or TypeScript, Angular and e2e tests, relevant design patterns and other engineering best practices
You are a team player with great communication skills who wants to contribute to a productive and positive working environment
You are well versed in agile development in a team with dedicated POs and UX/UI designers
Excellent English in spoken and written, German nice to have
