YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead demandbased tenders (RFx, eAuctions, face2face negotiations) to obtain best negotiation results.
Support countries during project implementation phase
Define and execute cost optimize levers and realization plans.
Perform active contract management.
Carry out alignment discussions to get a full understanding of the internal needs.
Manage relationships with your key suppliers including regular Business Reviews.
Manage the relationship with your key stakeholder, including coaching them on best practice and delivering presentations to highlevel management.

Profil:

YOU

You are fascinated by solving commercial, technological and sustainability challenges.
Love working in multicultural team.
Are comfortable around highlevel management and stakeholders.
Are customer oriented and pragmatic.
Have a master's degree.

YOUR SKILLS
Familiarity with sourcing methodologies, negotiation techniques, and supplier relationship management, and have the following skills:

Learning Mindset: Demonstrated willingness to learn and grow in the procurement field, staying updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Contract Management: Familiarity with contract management principles, including reviewing and understanding contract terms and conditions,, and monitoring contract performance.
Supplier Evaluation and management: Evaluate potential suppliers, based on their capabilities, product offerings, pricing, and delivery timelines, and comparing them against specific requirements and criteria.
Experience in procurement including sourcing project coordination.
Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as IT teams, network architects, engineers, and business units, to understand their requirements and align procurement strategies accordingly
Fluency in English / French, German is a plus.
