Customer Service Process Coordinator

Your responsibilities

  • Support European Subsidiaries' warranty processes in accordance with HQ Customer Service policy
  • System Management support (Basic warranty registration, Extended warranty system registration, Service model registration in salesforce)
  • Swap Warehouse operation support (projectbased buffer stock purchase)
  • Approval and inventory release, defective collection and refurbish followup with Subsidiaries
  • Cost claim management
  • Subsidiary performance management in response to major quality issues
  • Support Subsidiaries with repairs after checking pending data for ETA of delayed material
  • Cross Board Service Support
  • LED repair performance and emergency loan stock support
  • Total Care Solution support and Sales team's VOE support

Your qualifications

  • Experience in B2B service operations/ supporting (at least 12 years)
  • Knowledge about B2B products (nice to have)
  • Experience in data analysis and reports preparation
  • Previous work experience in multicultural corporate environment
  • Good level of MS Office knowledge mainly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent English (at least B2) both written and spoken
  • Good time management
  • Excellent team worker
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to setup and maintain good business relationships
