Volta Trucks, a hypergrowth European Electric Truck Manufacturer is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter to support our Commercial and Truck as a Service (TaaS) growth across Germany.

This role will be based remotely but flexibility to travel to our hub in Duisburg across Europe will be required.

This is a unique opportunity to join an ambitious scale-up where you will have the opportunity to make an impact from your first day and partner with various stakeholders and hiring managers across the business and manage the end-to-end recruitment journey.

What you will do:

Reporting to the Recruitment Lead, the role encompasses all aspects of the recruitment process to facilitate the achievement of business hiring goals.

You will be a true business partner and manage the delivery from initial briefing through to onboarding.

Advocate and drive a diverse and inclusive recruitment strategy
Support, challenge and drive best practice at each stage of the recruitment process

We would like you to have:

Strong talent acquisition experience within a fast-paced environment
A proven track record of creating and executing innovative hiring strategies
Previous experience working within an internal/Inhouse recruitment role, sourcing and delivering talent at scale
Experience of working for an OEM, Fleet or Automotive business would be advantageous
Fluent German and English is Essential
