The castLabs Finance team is looking to welcome a new Senior Accountant, who loves working with accounting processes, daily accounting and financial reporting and enjoys being in an international environment.

Tasks

Responsible for preparing monthly and yearend financial reporting

including consolidated group reports of the German and the US entity

Ensure keeping financial data uptodate including daily accounting and cash management
Work closely with the CFO by designing and implementing scalable and compliant Finance processes and tools
Work closely with international external service providers and legal authorities to ensure tax compliance and audits

Requirements:

2+ years of accounting or tax consulting / audit experience in addition to a University degree in Business Administration or comparable
Familiar with German (HGB) and US-GAAP as well as consolidation
Proficient software user experienced with ERP systems
Fluent German and English skills required
