By collaborating directly with pro and semi-pro sellers of quality second-hand clothing, CrushON shines a light on sustainable fashion's stakeholders and connects them to a community of activist consumers, in the hopes of revolutionising the fashion industry.

Your responsibilities:


  • Welcome each customer and offer them a great vintage shopping experience through personal shopping recommendations;
  • Know CrushON's values and mission inside out and introduce the concept to all our customers;
  • Participate in the promotion of commercial operations;
  • Maintain a profitable sales rate for the corner as determined by our predefined monthly objectives;
  • Ensure the good daily running of the corner;
  • Manage the stocks and the constant restocking of the corner;
  • Manage the checkout;
  • Participate in the opening and closing of the store.

Your great profile and skills:


  • You have a perfect oral presentation;
  • You are salesoriented and social, with a natural inclination to connect with new people;
  • You are rigorous, organized and are familiar with commercial KPIs,
  • You are autonomous, versatile and not afraid of new challenges;
  • You are aligned with our mission to revolutionize the fashion market through secondhand and upcycling;
  • You are cheerful and always in a good mood
  • You are
    available fulltime Monday through Saturday, or parttime depending on the mall's opening hours.

Schedules:


  • 40 hours or 20 hours per week, 9 hour days max.
  • Monday to Saturday

  • Bonus : 150€ net monthly if sales target is reached (on the basis of 40h/week)
