We're looking forward to foster our ADAS Truck & New Market Engineering Team at the ADC GmbH in Lindau, Memmingen or Ulm.


As a growing team, we're striving to lead our projects from the early acquisition phase onwards in order to find the best fitting solutions for our customers and Continental.


  • The Function Test Owner (FTO) is responsible for effectively planning, coordinating, monitoring and reporting all function/featurerelated test topics along with the function/feature POs of the Project Team
  • The Function Test Owner is responsible for creating and maintaining a detailed Function Test Strategy covering all test levels (from System, Product down to Software and Component Level)
  • The tasks include active participation on Program Increment/Release planning for test topics including sync with Release Train resp. Solution Train engineer and/or other FTOs
Common Tasks and Responsibilities on agile / non-agile projects:

  • Being the Customer-Interface for function/feature-related test topics
  • Creating and maintaining function/feature Test Plan, including a detailed Test Strategy
  • Creating a comprehensive test report including release recommendation
  • Actively participating on Release planning for particular Function test topics
  • Supporting test tools strategy (i.e. HiL) for Function
  • Coordinating Function test together with respective Test Manager
  • Requesting and managing car/fleet requests for recording and Field Operation Test for Function(s)
  • Requesting and managing requests for reference sensorics for Functions

Profile:


  • Academic degree in the field of Engineering (e.g. Electronics, Computer Science, ADAS) or comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in Automotive Software (preferably ADAS) projects and processes
  • Comprehensive knowledge in MS Office, JIRA, Confluence, and DOORS
  • Knowhow and interest in System Level ADAS functions including NCAP and GSR related scope
  • Knowhow and interest in Test Methodology as well as Functional Safety standards such as ISO26262 or SOTIF
  • Technical understanding and ability to solve technical problems
  • Competencies in automotive processes and agile development methodology
  • Very good German and English language skills (written and spoken)
  • Learning ability as well as resultsoriented and decisionmaking skills
  • Communication, presentation and structured problemsolving skills
  • Highly selforganized and solutionoriented mindset
  • Capability to work within volatile and complex environments
  • Experience in coordination of international activities and virtual teams
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 20%)
