Then please, read on We've been looking for you hsbcad is looking for a CAD trainer to offer our customers in the DACH-region training our products.

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a carpenter, construction/wood technician or have completed a degree in the in the field of wood construction
• You ideally have sufficient professional experience in the field of carpentry, timber construction, prefabricated house construction or timber construction industry
• Knowledge in Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit or hsbDesign.
• Excellent computer knowledge is a prerequisite for us
• You have experience with providing training, but above all: you love to train people
• You have the ability to communicate in a structured way, you are well organized and you have a distinctive customer orientation
• You think in terms of solutions instead of problems, and you're not afraid to make decisions. In addition, you have a positive spirit, and people on your team would hate to see you go because of the team player you are
• Our customers will love you because you are friendly, communicative, and punctual
• You speak German (fluent) and English (advanced), other languages are welcome

• Your main focus will be to provide training to customers regarding the different toolsets (hsbDesign) with the aim of optimizing their production as quickly as possible
• You will create and manage manuals on the digital hsbcadAcademy platform
• You will act as the second line contact for the customer with the aim of providing an efficient and customeroriented technical service in order to maximize customer satisfaction
• You will guide customers in the smooth use of hsbcad products in the DACHregion
• You will analyze incoming technical requests or problems, solving them yourself or dispatching them to an expert within the team with the aim of proposing the most appropriate solution as quickly and correctly as possible.
• You detect bugs or deficiencies in the hsbcad software and report them to the relevant product experts for testing and approval afterwards
