- Gewährleistung der pflegerischen Intensivbetreuung und
- Überwachung der Patienten unter Einhaltung aller gültigen Pflegestandards und Leitlinien
- Vorbereitung und Assistenz bei diagnostischen Maßnahmen Durchführung von Notfallmaßnahmen und Einleiten der Reanimation
- Sicherer und fachkundiger Umgang mit Medizingeräten, insbesondere mit Beatmungsgeräten
- Grund- und behandlungspflegerische Aufgaben im Rahmen der Bezugspflege
- interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit den am Behandlungsprozess beteiligten Berufsgruppen
- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger
- Idealerweise haben Sie die Fachweiterbildung Intensiv/pflege erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- alternativ verfügen Sie über einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Intensivmedizin
- Sie haben Freude an der Arbeit mit Patienten, können sich gut in diese einfühlen und bewahren selbst in Notfällen einen kühlen Kopf
- Sie zeichnen sich durch Kommunikations- und Organisationsstärke aus und überzeugen durch Ihre fachkompetente und empathische Art
- Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität und Einsatzbereitschaft runden Ihr Profil ab.
