Company Description

As the Brand Relations & Retail Media team we develop the ideal strategy for each of our partners. The Brand Relations team manages our partner brands marketing campaigns and strategic development within the ABOUT YOU marketing ecosystem.

The Marketing Solutions team develops native advertising concepts for our external partners to seamlessly implement them into the ABOUT YOU content.

The Event Cooperations team then conceptualizes the individual integration at our ABOUT YOU events.

All three departments share the same goal:
monetizing the ABOUT YOU platform through long-term strategic cooperations.

Job Description:

Monitoring, optimization, and adaptation of Salesforce in cooperation with all process participants
Supporting the design of data models for Salesforce usage as a central interface for business KPIs as well as business and process analyses
Data and Matrix Maintenance and updates
Screenflow and Product adjustments
Integration and synchronization with other Salesforce deployments
End user training and support to clean, manipulate, and update data (Excel, SOQL, Import Wizard, Workbench)

Qualifications:

Ongoing studies in Business Administration, Marketing, or a comparable course of study
Certified salesforce Administrator, Architect, or Developer
Basic understanding of Salesforce coding (APEX, Java, triggers etc.)
Experience with business processes and documentation
An independent working style, good analytical skills, and the ability to think outside the box
