Role Overview:

You will be responsible for helping Canto customers migrate their data from other platforms into their Canto tenants. Customer data is a combination of digital assets (images, videos, documents, etc) and metadata.


Role Responsibilities - What you will be doing

  • You will be leading the customer's data migration and ingestion process to a successful completion based on an agreed upon scope and timeline.
  • You will need to receive and interpret the customer's data before running the migrations.
  • You will be collaborating with customers, the implementation team, the sales team, the support team, and the development team to successfully complete the migrations.
  • You will operate crossfunctionally, liaising between technical teams and gotomarket teams.
  • You can understand the enduser's requirements while taking into consideration business and technology needs.
  • You will lead scoping discussions with the customer to identify their needs and make sure we are able to successfully achieve their goals.
  • You can understand how the customer data is used and moved across the customer's tech stack.
  • You will provide regular structured updates on all aspects of the migration process so that the Canto team and the customer can always be on the same page.
  • You will lead mapping and design discussions with the customer.
  • You will lead QA sessions to ensure customer satisfaction and sign off.

Required Qualifications & Experience

2 + Years Data Migration & Customer Implementation experience
-
Fluent English
  • Written & Spoken:
  • Proven experience analysing large data sets
  • Experience creating and using RegExr expressions
  • Ability to understand and utilize APIs
  • Azure and AWS knowledge
  • Experience working with FTP and SFTP
  • Ability to use and create scripts based on JavaScript/ECMAScript, Pearl, or Python
  • Experience in Agile methodology
  • Experience working directly with customers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • You are customer centric, problem solver
