Your accountabilities:


  • You will analyze and understand clients' specifications and needs in comparison to H-TEC's product value proposition and requirements
  • You will become a key stakeholder and pilot the offer preparation to submit a high quality technical proposal that meets customer and end client requirements as well as communicates H-TEC's value proposition
  • You will work closely with Sales Manager and Proposal Manager to:
  • Coordinate and challenge technical solution
  • Coordinate, challenge, and validate the cost estimation
  • Coordinate with external partners (eg. consortium partners) if necessary
  • You will present Technical solutions jointly with Sales Manager to customers, collect their feedback and work on responding to technical clarifications
  • You will participate in commercial negotiation with the sales manager and provide input on contractual items that has impact on final technical solution
  • You will manage project handover to deliver a clear project to the operational teams
  • You will Capitalize the lesson's learned from project under execution
  • You will participate in structuring the offer preparation and submission process

Your profile:


  • You are graduated in engineering with proven technical/financial/commercial expertise in large industrial energy projects, including preferably in the area of renewable energy and industrial gases
  • Your past experience was in the role of: Technical Sales Manager, Technical Sales Engineer, Application Engineer Sales or Project Manager Sales
  • You have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the above roles
  • You have following technical skills: Process, Electricity, Thermodynamics, Mechanics (Engineer level), Mechatronics, product manufacturing
  • You own following contractual skills: Contract negotiation / contract management experience (EPC contracts and public tender are a plus)
  • You are fluent in English, fluency in a second language (German, Dutch, Danish, Norwegian, Spanish ) is a plus
  • Your are rigor and reliable but also persuasive,creative and curious
